Formerly, Jeff was President of Heritage Construction, a company he founded in 2002. His construction experience began while working during high-school and college as a carpenter for his father, a custom home builder. After earning a BS degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M, Jeff worked as a Field Engineer, Estimator, and Project Manager for Austin Commercial and Robert E. McKee Inc., two of the largest commercial general contractors in the country. While in the commercial end of the industry, he worked on jobs ranging from $20 to $125 million in size, including luxury hotels, hospitals, schools, airports, and commercial office buildings.
