Long a champion of education as the best tool for the remodeler, Mike has been active in presenting all types of educational programs offered by the Home Builders Institute of which he is a trustee, the NAHB U of Housing’s (member of the Nat’l Board of Ed.) designations and at national venues such as the SEBC, IBS and JLC Live as well as the Remodeling Show since its inception. Mike is an author and has a monthly column in Qualified Remodeler, “While You’re Here . . “ Mike’s successful career has spanned some 35 years in Indianapolis; office parks to industrial; neighborhood shopping to multifamily, land development and residential construction. He has served his local, BAGI, the Indiana Builders Assoc and NAHB as a life director; has been named Builder and Remodelor of the Year, NAHB Remodelors® Council Chr. 03; received the coveted President’s Star Award and Mike was inducted into the Remodeling Hall of Fame in 2005.
